Class Description
Our Strength & Conditioning Classes focus on developing and improving Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance and Improved Body Composition. These classes will also focus on skill related fitness which includes Agility, Balance, Coordination, Speed, Reaction Time and Explosive Power.
