Class Description
Our Flexibility class is designed to correct and create new Muscle Memory to prevent injury. This is done by bringing intentional breath into deep stretching to maximize mobility. All athletes need control over their breath to solidify skill and performance. These classes not only teach you how to control and focus your breath, but they also teach you how to connect your breath to your mind and body when executing Fundamental Movements.
